The construction world has always been a part of Joe’s life, growing up the son of a mom and pop custom/spec single family home builder. After the end of Joe’s professional basketball career in Europe, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to research areas that he would be most passionate about and most suited for in the West Michigan market. Joe discovered he had a passion for property development and management, and embarked on his first multi family housing project in 2005. After completing this project, and obtaining some smaller properties in his portfolio, Joe decided to take his company to the next step and RJM Properties GR was born. RJM Properties GR became a company where Joe could develop a community to best fit their needs while also giving employees the opportunity to further themselves professionally.

Hobbies: Outside of work, Joe enjoys coaching AAU Basketball, hunting and fishing throughout the fall, spring and summer. Joe enjoys taking his family on adventures out west and exploring new places.
